Place the candidates job boards filter out

Every applicant system asks the sponsorship question, and every elite international candidate who answers honestly disappears from your pipeline. O1DMatch is where those candidates are — with their evidence already organized — and staffing agencies join free.

Inventory you cannot see anywhere else

“Will you now or in the future require sponsorship?” ends the conversation before a recruiter ever reads the résumé. Candidates on the O-1 path answer yes and get filtered out automatically — which means the strongest international candidates are systematically missing from the boards you already search. They are not missing here.

Why the timing favors you

H-1B registrations fell from 343,981 to 211,600 in one year, and this year’s cap closed on July 17, 2026 — the next registration window opens approximately March 2027. A client with an open role today cannot solve it through the lottery. The O-1 route has no cap, no lottery, and files year-round, so a placement is never parked waiting for March.

Watch It Work

Three videos: the platform, both sides of a placement

Straight from the free course — what your candidates do, and what your client companies see.

1

The platform in plain terms

"Kind of like Indeed, but with visas" — the two-sided platform your candidates and clients will both be standing on.

2

Where your candidates work the board

The job board from the candidate side — how the people you place find and answer roles.

3

What your client sees

The employer view — candidates arrive with organized, criterion-mapped evidence records, which is what makes the pitch to your client land.

Common Questions

Does it cost anything to join as a recruiter or staffing agency?

No. Creating an account is free and takes no card. Pick the “Staffing Agency — I place O-1 talent for clients” tile on signup.

Do my client companies have to sponsor anyone?

The candidate’s case is filed through an authorized agent or petitioner — the client company does not file, does not pay the USCIS filing fee, and does not run an H-1B sponsorship process. Its part is a one-page, non-binding interest letter.

What makes these candidates presentable to a client?

Each candidate builds an evidence record classified against the eight O-1A criteria with a readiness score, so you can show a client a documented case. The legal read on any case belongs to the attorneys involved, and nobody can promise an outcome.

Is there a season, like the H-1B lottery?

No. The O-1 has no annual cap and no lottery and files year-round, so a placement can move on the client’s timeline rather than waiting for a March registration window.
